About my practice: The work I do is based on a holistic approach to understand how I can best help my patients, some need just homeopathy, others a combination of nutritional advice and energy testing alongside. Often this is supported by herbal tinctures and naturopathic advice. In my experience nutrition is one of the important cornerstones of lasting health, so to support the homeopathic process I ask every new patient to keep a 7-day food diary leading up to our first meeting. This gives us a clear picture of how best to support your body alongside homeopathic treatment.
